Doctrine of 3A's

Wondering what u r reading???? Let me confess in the first go. This is not a sermonizing lecture nor do I have enough experience to do that. It’s just my flow of abstract thinking. No two persons in the world can be the same. Even Twins who look alike will not be similar in nature. That’s it; the world is full of differences. If this can be accepted, then why do most of the time we get upset when others do not react the way we want them to; the only answer to that mystical question is “We are yet to accept that no two things on Mother earth would be same”.

The Doctrine of 3A’s will help us do it better. (At the end of MBA, atleast building models has become easy for me)

A – Accept the difference
A – Appreciate the difference
A – Accommodate the difference

1) ACCEPT - Let’s try and accept that no two things are same, and everything is unique in its own way. Also let’s understand that this uniqueness is what that makes life interesting…… (Opposite poles attract)

2) APPRECIATE - The most crucial part is where we get to appreciate the difference. Everybody have the right to be in their own way.

3) ACCOMMODATE – Having appreciated the uniqueness, this comes naturally and once the difference is accommodated, then where is the question of getting upset.
