We worked....
We laughed....
We argued....
We fought....
We even trekked....
But the bottom line never changed.......We were on a mission and there was no looking back until it was accomplished....
As Lord Tennyson Said, " For men may come and men may go, But I go on for ever."
Lets us not forget at this proud moment, the challenges the team underwent in the initial phases, the customer lacking trust, placing our consultants on par with a non-entity are only a few to mention, which the team had to overcome before they established their supremacy.
The team was blessed with a group of high-profiled inspiring leaders to guide the naive, enthusiastic, dare-devil members. But to follow their footsteps was even a bigger challenge. I vouch that the team has eventually succeeded in that.
Its another towering example of TEAM WORK, be it Balaji - The Colossus , without whom nothing would have been possible; Murali, Srini, Sankar, Partha, Hari who came in with a rich experience and were the building blocks of the project; Sathiyan, Pandiarajan, Sathish who brought the best practices in OA from their experience which proved to be really useful; Varadharajan and Nagarajan who took the customers by surprise by their meticulous work; Srither, Jothi, Vasanth, Praveen, Ashwin who brought the functional dreams to reality, not to mention the members who were amorphous enough to change forms and play any role - Pandian, Jothi, Srither, Hari and the list goes on... Last but not least, Bilesh, who would add the much needed flavor to his work and deliver it in style.
It was a great opportunity to have worked with such an energetic, lively team. As i have always mentioned, camaraderie was one thing which kept us going even at difficult times. Its the fruit borne by your hard work, this is just one moment you are going to be proud of, there are many more to come.
